Lower-income people are not CHOOSING not to pay income tax.  You cannot tax people who do not have anything to be taxed.  I’m sure if they were given the option between getting a $300 tax return every year, or being part of the highest tax bracket AND STILL MAKING A TON OF MONEY AFTER THAT, I think they would choose the latter. 2.  This is just one of SO MANY absurdities in this...
